We collect your name, email address, mailing address, an optional mobile number, and the quote details you share with us. For text message opt-ins we also record the date and time of your consent, the exact wording you agreed to, and the page you used.

We use your information to prepare and follow up on your quote, to service any policy you purchase, to answer your questions, to send the text messages you asked for, and to meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations.

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. The only parties that ever receive your mobile number and consent status are the messaging platform and phone companies that deliver the texts on our behalf, and they may not use it for any other purpose. No mobile information is sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We share information with insurance carriers you apply with, with service providers who run our website, CRM, and messaging tools, and with authorities where required by law.

We do not sell your personal information. We will not share mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
